1. Eligibility
To participate, the referring client must:

Be subscribed to SCC Asesores services for at least 30 consecutive days.

Have fully paid their first regular rate bill without promotional discounts.

Be current on their payments and have no outstanding debts with SCC Asesores.

The referred Friend must be a new client, with no previous subscription to SCC Asesores. There are no restrictions on the relationship between the Referrer and the Friend (they can be a family member or any other person).

Since SCC Asesores offers management services, verification of new client status will be done using the contractual or tax information provided, which makes it easy to detect misuse.

2. Promotion Process
a) The Referrer must send an email to scc@sccasesores.com (mailto:scc@sccasesores.com) with the subject line "Refer a Friend Promotion," including their email address and that of the referred Friend.
b) SCC Asesores will send the Referrer an exclusive discount code valid for 30 days from the date it is issued.
c) The Friend must use the code when purchasing an eligible plan to receive a 50% discount on their first monthly bill.
d) Once the Friend activates their subscription and completes payment of their first bill with the code, the Referrer will receive a personal 50% discount code, applicable to their next monthly bill.

3. Eligible Plans

The promotion applies to all SCC Asesores standard plans, except for customized plans for companies with gross annual revenue over €500,000.

4. Discount Code Conditions

Codes are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or loyalty programs.

Codes expire 30 days after issuance and cannot be used once they expire.

There is no limit to the number of Friends a Referrer can refer, provided these terms are met. Remaining codes cannot be sold, transferred, or used by unauthorized persons.

Only one discount code will be issued to the Referrer for each Friend who completes a valid subscription.

5. Restrictions, Misuse, and Penalties

The sale, transfer, or unauthorized use of codes is prohibited, including the use of the code by the Referrer on a new account.

In the event of misuse, SCC Asesores reserves the right to:

Cancel the fraudulently used code.

Cancel services contracted with the improper code, without refunding the applied discount.

Demand payment of the difference in the discount applied improperly (for example, if €30 was paid instead of €60, the remaining €30 must be paid).

Refuse to provide the services associated with the code until the discount difference is paid.

If the user complies with the terms of the promotion, no penalties or restrictions will be applied, and the services will be provided normally.

Upon detecting a violation, SCC Asesores will notify the user immediately by email, detailing the actions taken, the difference due, and instructions for making the payment.

Misuse will be verified using contractual, tax, or technical data (such as IP addresses), in compliance with data protection regulations.

6. Cancellation Policy

If the Friend pays the first invoice with the discount (for example, through WIX) and then cancels their subscription, the payment will not be refunded, and the plan will be canceled in accordance with SCC Asesores' policies.

The Referrer will only receive their discount code if the Friend completes payment of the first invoice and the subscription remains active for at least the first month.

7. Data Protection

The email addresses provided (by the Referrer and the Friend) will be used exclusively by SCC Asesores to manage the promotion and verify customer eligibility.

This data will not be shared, sold, or used for purposes other than the promotion, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights.

8. Jurisdiction

This promotion is governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be resolved in accordance with applicable regulations, with SCC Asesores being the first point of contact for incidents at scc@sccasesores.com (mailto:scc@sccasesores.com).

9. Limitations

The promotion is subject to availability and may be modified or terminated by SCC Asesores without prior notice, subject to the codes issued prior to its termination.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the promotion, the Referrer and Friend agree to abide by these terms and SCC Asesores' general policies.
